Pets are currently allowed at Boho by the Water with approval and a pet fee, based on the number of pets, size, age and breed. Pets will be allowed at BohoBagh by approval as well. There are no pets allowed at BohoPad, no exceptions.

Small, private gatherings up to a certain number are currently allowed at Boho by the Water pending approval before booking. There’s an additional charge for the gathering on top of regular booking fees.

Check in time is anytime after 4pm and checkout time is 11am unless otherwise communicated and confirmed.

We contact guests directly on check-in day and give them the access information. We do this to make sure the other guests have left and the cleaning crew has left - ensuring your property is fully ready for you when you arrive. This is a safety precaution that we take for all of our guests.

Fresh linens, towels, coffee with drip coffee maker, toilet paper, paper towels, basic necessities in the kitchen - cookware, so guests with grocery shopping can feel at home, using the place like a home kitchen.

No swimming or boating, it’s a neighborhood pond, small lake. Only fishing is allowed, and we’ve provided a few fishing poles. You’re welcome to bring fishing gear. It’s catch and release, no licenses required.

Yes, there is only one camera on the property facing the entrance point to confirm check in and check out time and number of people entering the property. Otherwise, there are no cameras to allow for full privacy of the guests.

Yes, we can negotiate use of the property for daily use without the stay or including a stay - photoshoots, retreats, group gatherings or small meetings. Boho by the Water is most suitable for this, BohoPad is more limited to having only 6 people due to space and parking.
